Ronald E. Michaels, Ph.D., Department of Marketing, University of Central Florida
Dr. Michaels is a Professor of Marketing and Chair of the Department of Marketing at the University of Central Florida. His Ph.D. degree in Marketing is from Indiana University. Dr. Michaels has held tenured faculty appointments at the University of Kansas, Indiana University-Bloomington, and the University of Central Florida. His research interests include sales force motivation, performance, control, and compensation issues. Dr. Michaels’ teaching interests span the topics of marketing strategy, marketing management, and professional selling and sales management. Current teaching centers primarily in delivering Marketing Strategy courses to the EMBA and PMBA programs at UCF. Prior to entering academe, Dr. Michaels worked spent several years working in sales and product management positions in the greeting card industry.
Deborah Goldring, M.S., M.B.A., Ph.D., School of Business Administration, Stetson University
Deborah Goldring, M.S., M.B.A., Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor of Marketing in the School of Business Administration at Stetson University. She teaches undergraduate and MBA students courses in marketing management, marketing strategy, and marketing communications. She has over 20 years’ experience in corporate and product marketing, working in such industries as software, manufacturing, and financial services. Her research interests include content marketing, corporate branding, and professional services marketing.
Jerome Juska, Ph.D., Crummer Graduate School of Business, Rollins College
Jerome Juska, Ph.D. currently teaches MBA courses in the Crummer School of Management at Rollins College. Dr. Jerome Juska has been a corporate marketing executive and advertising manager for Fortune 500 companies, including the Jeep Corporation, International Harvester, and U.S. Telephone. He has received numerous honors and awards including two CLIO’s for international advertising excellence. He was on the Board of Directors for the International Advertising Association in Chicago. He received his Ph.D. from Northwestern University, where he also earned a Master’s in Advertising Management and is a class representative for the highly respected Kellogg Graduate School of Management. As a university professor, Dr. Juska has lived and lectured in six different countries, including France, Italy, Germany, Finland, Japan, and Switzerland. He is also an advocate of online education working with the University of Illinois.
Heather Torres, M.B.A., Department of Entertainment Business, Full Sail University
Heather Torres is a Department Chair for the Entertainment Business Bachelor’s degree program at Full Sail University, teaches marketing classes, and is professional watercolor artist with a successful online business. She has a diverse marketing background, working as a sales professional, corporate trainer, marketing consultant, and Internet marketing department manager for a national property management company. For more than a decade, Heather has developed and executed a variety of successful e-marketing, promotion, branding, and re-branding initiatives within the real-estate industry and for Fortune 500 companies. She holds a MBA from Belhaven University, a Marketing degree from the University of Central Florida and has written articles both online and in print about successful sales and marketing strategies.
Michael Johns, M.B.A., Department of Marketing, Webster University
Michael Johns is a Professor of Marketing and Marketing Mentor at Webster University. He holds an MBA from University of Central Florida. His corporate career consisted of 24 years in the logistics, warehousing, and metals industries. His management experience includes 17 years’ Senior Executive positions in Sales Management, Marketing, and General Management.
